1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or purchasing from Aesthetically Productive ("we," "us," "our"), whether through our website at shopaphome.com or otherwise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase our products.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products, including:

  • App-based templates, delivered as a link to add directly into your own account with a third-party planning app
  • Downloads, delivered as files (PDFs, spreadsheets, and similar formats) sent to your email after purchase

We currently sell to customers in the United States and Canada. All products are digital. We do not ship physical goods.

3. License, not ownership

When you purchase a product from us, you're purchasing a personal-use license, not ownership of the underlying design, template, or file structure. Specifically:

  • You may use the product for your own personal (or, where explicitly stated, business) purposes.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repost our products, templates, or files, in whole or in part, whether for free or for payment.
  • You may not claim our designs or systems as your own original work.
  • Products labeled for Professional/client use (such as our Professional Toolkit line) carry a separate license permitting use in client work; standard personal-use products do not.

We retain all intellectual property rights in our products, designs, and content unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Third-party platforms

Some of our products are built to work inside third-party software (such as planning or spreadsheet apps) that we do not own, operate, or control. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes, outages, or discontinuation of any third-party platform
  • Third-party platforms changing features in ways that affect how our templates function
  • Any fees, terms, or account requirements imposed by third-party platforms themselves

If a third-party platform changes in a way that breaks a template's functionality, we'll do our best to update the product, but we can't guarantee compatibility with software we don't control.

5. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. If you're purchasing from Canada, your bank or card provider may convert the charge to Canadian dollars at their own exchange rate, or our platform may display a converted price at checkout, either way, the U.S. dollar amount is the official price of your purchase. Payment is processed securely through our ecommerce platform's payment processor at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; the price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

6. Refunds

Because our products are delivered instantly and are fully usable the moment you receive access, we do not offer refunds. See our Refund Policy page for full details. If a product is broken or doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll make it right.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our products for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our templates' underlying structure for redistribution
  • Misrepresent our products as your own creation

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products are provided "as is." While we build every product to work as described, we don't guarantee that any product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every version of every third-party platform. We make no warranties beyond what's explicitly stated on a product page.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to lost data, lost time, or decisions made based on a template's content. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Age requirement

Our products and site are intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this section overrides any statutory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your province or territory if you're a Canadian resident.
