Access & delivery
How do I get my product after I purchase? Depends on the product type, and each product page tells you which kind you're getting:
- App-based templates (built for a specific planning app): you'll get an email right after checkout with a link to add it directly into your own account. No file to download.
- Downloads (PDFs, spreadsheets, printables): you'll get an email with a direct download link. Save it, open it, and it's yours to keep.
What do I need to use these products? For app-based templates, a free account with whatever planning app that product is built for (noted on the product page, no paid subscription required unless stated otherwise). For downloads, just whatever program opens that file type, a PDF reader for printables, or a program like Google Sheets or Excel for spreadsheet-based trackers.
Can I use it on more than one device? Yes, for both types. App-based templates live in your account, so they're available anywhere you're logged in. Downloads can be saved and opened on as many of your own devices as you like.
I don't see the email, what now? Check spam and promotions first, it likes to hide there. Still nothing? Email us at support@shopaphome.com with your order number and we'll get you sorted right away.
Licensing & usage
Can I share or resell something I bought? Everything we sell, templates and downloads alike, is licensed for your own personal use. Redistributing, reselling, or sharing files, access links, or downloads with others isn't permitted.
I run a business, can I use this for clients? Personal-use products are for your own use only. If you want to use our systems as part of client work, check out our Professional Toolkit line, which is licensed specifically for that.
Refunds & updates
Do you offer refunds? Since everything we sell is delivered instantly and usable the moment you get access, whether that's an added template or a downloaded file, we don't offer refunds once it's been delivered. If something's broken or doesn't match what we said it does, tell us, we'll fix it or make it right.
What if a formula or feature isn't working? Send us a screenshot and a quick note about what's happening. Both planning apps and spreadsheet programs occasionally change how certain features behave, and we keep our products updated when that happens.
Do I get free updates if you improve something later? Yes. Once you own a product, future improvements to it are included at no extra cost, just re-add or re-download the latest version using the link from your original email.
Before you buy
How is this different from something cheaper I found elsewhere? Most budget templates and printables are static, checklists and pretty covers with nothing actually running underneath. Ours have real, working formulas and connections where it counts. If it's listed as a feature, it's a real one, not a design element wearing a feature's name.
What file formats do you offer? It depends on the product. Some are built directly inside a planning app, some are PDFs, and some are spreadsheet files that work in Google Sheets or Excel. Every product page states exactly which format you're getting before you buy.
